What AI features does Skoolyte have?
On plans that include AI:
- My Learning (AI): a professional development hub for teachers, with assigned training plans and an AI coach for teaching advice and role-play (e.g. "how do I handle a quiet student?").
- Manage Training (admins): create training plans with reading, AI coaching and role-play modules, enroll teachers and schedule sessions. See their progress and completion rate.
How do I create a training plan for teachers?
Academics → Manage Training → New Training Plan. Give it a title (e.g. "Inclusive Classroom Strategies"), add steps (Reading Material, AI Interactive Coaching, AI Role Play), save, then Enroll Staff. Teachers see it under My Learning (AI), and their progress updates as they complete modules.
Can we teach the AI about our own school?
Yes. Settings → AI Training → Submit New Training Data lets you add your school's own policies and answers. An admin approves each entry before the AI uses it.
Can we use our own AI key?
Yes, in Settings → AI Configuration. Otherwise the Skoolyte platform's AI is used.
