Plan & Billing

• Free: core academics, fees and exams, up to a student limit.
• Paid plans: higher student limits and extra features such as accounting, payroll, multiple campuses, SMS and AI.

Every new school starts with a free trial of the full system (60 days). After the trial, the school moves to the Free plan unless it upgrades. Nothing is deleted. See current plans and prices in Settings → Billing & Plan.

Existing students and all your data stay. Only adding new students is paused until you upgrade. A banner warns you as you get close to the limit.

On Settings → Billing & Plan, choose the plan and pay online, or by bank transfer using the details shown there. After a bank transfer, send the receipt on WhatsApp (number shown on the page) and the plan is activated. Past invoices are listed under Invoices.
